Named after the iconic Argentinian landscape which bred high-grade cattle since the 19th century, Pampas uses organic beef flown directly from Argentina in chilled conditions, never frozen. For the best of both worlds, diners can go for the Paprilla Mixta – the mixed grill combo of tenderloin and sirloin steaks. Try also the Cordero, which is tender lamb rack served with fresh mint sauce.

Good steak and wine. It’s nice to enjoy Argentinian food and liquor in Hong Kong. Provoleta is my favourite appetiser.
