Tried the Saturday dinner buffet. Sashimi is not fresh. The overall food quality is below average. Very disappointing.

Lady server was a gem! She asked me whether I was a member of IHG & advised me to check my email when I said I had forgotten my ID Member. That helped as we had a 20% discount due to my membership! Most importantly, my prawn teppanyaki was still as delicious as ever. Unfortunately, the male server who took our family photo didn't do a good job at it. But I was appreciative that he did his best. Besides, the poor lighting didn't help.

The salmon sashimi was incredibly fresh, and the salmon teriyaki stood out with its rich flavor—I ended up ordering it again. I was looking forward to trying the beef Angus, but unfortunately, it wasn't as tasty as expected—it was a bit undercooked and chewy. Similarly, the scallop teppanyaki tasted a bit off. Despite these minor issues, the ambience was pleasant. I look forward to revisiting to explore more of their authentic Japanese offerings next time.
