環境不很清潔，在我的枱上有一大舊黑色物體，waitress 說是從冷氣跌下來的她早已知是有這樣情況為什麼不清潔餐桌才給客人坐，很嚇人的衛生環境，還有我的$25現金劵沒有扣到結賬時我沒留意，回到家才看到沒有給我扣因為我一入餐廳時已說是eatigo訂位的，餐廳沒有跟進吧！

Mezzo re-direct us to another restaurant of the same hotel for buffet, instead of having a semi-buffet in Mezzo, an Italian Restaurant.
