I have problem with my bill dined yesterday afternoon. Before making reservation with Eatigo the price is $24 after 40% discount. Why Kintamani billed me $138.12 even though I already notified only 4 paxs instead 5 & showed the Eatigo confirmation before start dining & when paying.

This time was a little disappointed as there was no cold snow crab served. As this time round was a dish that was cooked with sauce. The kuehs were very delicious and the main plus point is the durian puree which has plenty of servings. It would be better if there is Almond Jelly don the day I visited.

The Food was a good spread and the quality of the food is great relative to the price. However, I felt I have just walked into a staff canteen or a food court. The chairs were wooden, very hard and uncomfortable. There were no soft furnishings to absorb the noise and din. My group of ten friends had to raise their voices to brr ed heard. I brought 2 overseas friends here and they dressed up thinking they were going to a hotel restaurant. I was quite embarrassed. It would be great if you make some improvements to the ambience. Thank you.
