The food is overall ok but some parts of pizza is burnt. However, Throughout the meal, the staff seemed inattentive. Water glasses were not refilled . Also ,Instead of being attentive to guests, many employees were sitting, chatting, and even lying down on chairs, often absorbed in their phones. This lack of professionalism created an unwelcoming atmosphere and detracted from the dining experience.I do not understand why is there “Service charge” for this kind of service. What was most disappointing, however, was the unprofessionalism of some staff members. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, they were overheard talking about guests behind their backs after complaints were raised. This lack of hospitality and respect left a negative impression. While the food makes this place worth visiting, the service needs significant improvement. With better training and a focus on professionalism, this restaurant could offer an experience that truly matches the quality of its food.

They have generous serving of food aside from being delicious!

Good service. Pizza was good. Pasta is so so - u may want to ask for parmesan to add flavor. Chicken and truffle fries too greasy for me. Calamari hard to chew - they better use a different variety of squid.

Great use of space. Could not hear the conversation of the other table.

No soul. Lost depth of taste. Motorino was way much better.
