Excellent food buffet in KL . But the front desk lady is not welcoming us with great attitude & also really not helping even already request seat for 2 kids & baby with stroller. Should educate to be more sensatif.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience! The food selection was impressive, with something for everyone. The highlight of the evening was the huge turkey prepared for the Christmas celebration tender, juicy, and perfectly roasted. The lobster, which was served individually such a lovely touch that made the dining experience feel extra special. It was fresh, succulent, and definitely a treat. The ice lemon tea deserves a shout-out as well. It was incredibly refreshing, perfectly balanced in flavor, and the perfect complement to the meal. What truly made the experience even more memorable was the view it was sensational! Dining with such a picturesque backdrop really enhanced the entire experience. However, there was one small downside that I found a bit annoying. They had a self-ice shaving machine available for guests to make their own ice kacang (shaved ice dessert). While it’s a fun concept, I noticed that some kids were using the machine just to play with the ice, which made it a bit unhygienic. It might be worth considering a more supervised setup to ensure cleanliness and prevent any potential issues. Overall, though, the experience was excellent. Great food, wonderful atmosphere, stunning views, and attentive service—just be mindful of the ice machine if you're planning to visit!

Good foods and environment, but the snow crab legs too salty, you’d better provided more fresh crab rather than frozen crab. Rating 4/5
