Enjoy our New Year 2025 lunch there, we get 20% discount thru Eatigo, happy with that! Here is the facts: 1) Registration is a bit chaotic, staff Ms Faridah try her best to arrange but I think Hotel management need to look into registration and payment. We saw many customers line up to check their reservation, therefore first impressions😓😓 Unlike other same rated hotel, the welcoming have more room to fill. 2) food : a) Place a bit cramp, imagine the capacity of your restaurant, and flow will be happen….I saw a big portion of food fell on the floor due to this… b) Food variety is great and amazing, many different cooking compare to other hotel , interesting- thanks Chef! 3) seat: Good, enough space to nave around.

the worst buffet I have ever had. vvvv limited variety. please do not come for their lunch buffet. it is a waste of time.

The service was excellent , friendly and attentive throughout. However, I felt the food variety was limited. A few more options would really elevate the overall experience.

Cons:- 1. Cheese baked oyster (not fresh - fishy) 2. Small baby scallop 3. Waiter not proper trained. 4. Pizza bread harden and not fluffy 5. Cut Watermelon fruit are drying. Pros:- 1. Beef satay (Okay) 2. White sauce penne (nice) 3. Good waterfall garden view 4. Ambient seating arrangement with 1/3 full diner.

the food quality is acceptable to me. but the buffet lacks the variety and elaborateness one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. without the eatigo discount, I don't believe it's worth paying the full price.

Overpriced, with barely any options, and what little food they had was bland, stale, and unappealing. No seafood at all, which is absurd considering the outrageous price. The selection was so bad it felt like a sad joke. The atmosphere was equally dismal, resembling a cheap cafeteria, and the staff seemed indifferent to the mess of a service they were offering. This place is a complete rip-off, and I wouldn’t go back even if they paid me. Save your money and eat literally anywhere else. Let me know if you’d like any changes!

Pizza & meat very bad taste & smelly No choice of drink Not many choice of food especially for kids Tandori chicken dull like forgot to put salt Combination of food serving like amature culinary SCAM.
