Located in the World Trade Centre of Causeway Bay, Ebi Mazesoba offers a taste of unique ramen trends from Hokkaido in Causeway Bay. The restaurant is the first in the world to serve the signature Ebi Mazesoba, which is an incredibly rich noodle flavoured with shrimp essence, oil and shrimp soy sauce. Diners can choose from seasonings including miso, salt and soy sauce to create their own ramen options, along with other dishes including Rice Ball, Steamed Japanese Rice and BBQ Pork Rice. With a marvelous view of the Victoria Harbour, Ebi Mazesoba is a favourite spot for a post-shopping treat or a relaxed evening out.

服務態度非常之好，一個人食嘢不知去哪裏好，見到介紹膽粗粗入去；咦！竟然環境一流好好休息，但食物竟然間又好食👍

當日係第一輪食拉麵，環境好好，份量比其他拉麵舖多，我平時喺其他店都要替玉（加底），所以開頭嘅時候我都叫佐替玉，點知原來份量好多😅，個粗麵比較普通，湯底好濃郁，不過最欣賞係隻溫泉蛋，真心好好食，比好多日本本地拉麵店還要好！

可以散點Menu上任何菜單都享有折扣，龍蝦湯和蕃茄蝦湯，湯底味道分別不大，用料充足，選時麵沒有特別揀硬或軟，麵偏向太軟，總體有折扣超值的。
