Located in Phuket Old Town we wanted to bring the best burgers you can get here!  We serve American style smashburgers and our speciality, the Juicy Lucy burgers. Quality ingredients is our goal and we serve French Charlois beef, brioche buns and chicken, lamb, fish and falafel burgers with ingredients from select suppliers.  What is a Juicy Lucy? Juicy Lucy turns the cheeseburger outside in. In a Juicy Lucy the cheese is inside the meat instead of on the top resulting in a hot molten cheesy deliciousness that pours out when you cut the burger. What is a Smashburger? A smashburger is when the meat is placed on the hot plate as a ball and then smashed super thin within the first 30 seconds. By doing that all the juiciness of the meat is retained within the thin patty and the browning of the crust adds an intense and amazing taste thanks to the Maillard Reaction.
