Bussaba Tum Leoi

This outdoor restaurant serves authentic Northeastern-style cuisine with choices of spicy and strong-flavored dishes, and also has signature homemade rice vermicelli noodles (from Loei Province). Must-try dishes are tum kho khe, tum sua, and tum wanni hai di thi sud. If you want to figure out what they are, you will have to book first.
