How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made on our app and website. 1. Pick your preferred restaurant 2. Select the party size, date and the time when you want to go to the restaurant. 3. The time you chose will determine the discount you are getting so play around to see what the best option for you is. 4. Fill in your personal information. 5. You will receive an email with your reservation details after confirming.
What does a reservation on eatigo really include? Is there any fine print?
1. 'x%' discount off all food items which includes starters, mains and even desserts (unless specifically stated under the 'special conditions' section) 2. Only drinks and in-house value set meals which are already discounted are not included. 3. eatigo discounts as a rule do not stack with promotions a restaurant might have which includes credit card promotions. Should an existing promotion ever be more attractive than an eatigo discount, you can choose to avail the promotion rather than the eatigo discount. Check your reservation confirmation email in any case for possible exceptions.
Is the discount limited to the items reflected in the 'recommended menu'?
No the discount is not limited to the items in the 'recommended menu'. The recommended menu is simply a suggestion from us, along with a sample breakdown of prices on the side to give you a better gauge of your expected bill.
Can I make a reservation for a group size larger than what is available on the app and website?
In the event where you would like to reserve for a group size larger than what is allowed, kindly drop us an email at and we will contact the restaurant to check for availability. We are always at your service.
Can I edit/cancel my reservation after confirming?
Sure you can! There are 2 ways to do so: 1. Click on the 'edit/cancel reservation' button that can be found in your confirmation email. 2. Click into 'my reservations' in the app and edit/cancel your reservation from there. You must be a registered user to do this.
How long in advance can I cancel my reservation?
Your reservation can be cancelled up to one minute beforehand. Any later than this and you will be marked for a no show.
Why do I have to cancel my reservation instead of just not showing up?
Cancelling your reservation beforehand helps our restaurants to manage their staff & seats. Not showing up for more than 3 reservations will get your account suspended. Be kind and take a second to cancel if you cannot make it, we have made it easy. It is literally two taps.
Do I need to register with eatigo to make a reservation?
No it is not necessary to register but definitely recommended! You will have access to all your reservations and booking is made easier if you register with us.
How many reservations can I make?
The maximum number of active reservations at any time is set at 3. Concurrent reservations are not allowed.
How far in advance can I make a reservation?
1 month.
What happens if a time-slot is sold out?
A sold out time-slot means that the maximum number of seats for that time-slot has been fully reserved. However, there are always cancellations and users do reschedule occasionally, so do continue to check back for the latest updates on your favourite restaurants!
Do I need to provide my credit card info at any point?
No, never! There is no upfront payment, just a reservation. You pay normally at the restaurant after eating.
Do I need to print the confirmation email out?
Nope, but it's always a good idea to keep the email notification in case of any confusion at the restaurant.
Do eatigo allow cross country reservations?
Of course we do! If you are going on a holiday to a country where eatigo is present, you can always plan out your dining spots and make those reservations in advance.
Can I make a reservation with a foreign phone number? If yes, how?
Yes you can! Simply replace the default country code with your local country code, followed by your mobile number.
What happens if I arrive early/late for my reservation?
As eatigo offers time-based discounts, punctuality is important. Based on our Terms of Use, your reservations are guaranteed within 30 minutes of your reservation time. Any time before or beyond 30 minutes, our restaurant partners have the right to ask you to wait or reject your reservation. However if they do accept you, they are required to honour the discount that you have reserved for.
I made a reservation and arrived at the restaurant at the correct time but the restaurant is refusing to accept me and/or give me the agreed discount. What do I do?
This should never happen. In the unlikely event it does, please contact us at +66 94 792 9666 or email and we will try to resolve the situation for you right away.
How do I key in a promo code?
First you will need to register or login to your account with us. Second you simply key in the promo code in the marked field on any restaurant screen/page. Assuming your reservation criteria, primarily the number of people, meet the promo code requirements then you will see that your promo code has been successfully entered. From there just attend your booking in order to qualify for the reward.
How do I claim my prize after attending my reservation?
You will receive a follow-up claim prize email within 24 hours after attending your reservation. Please do check your spam folder as well.
How can I review a restaurant?
You will receive a follow-up review email within 24 hours after attending your reservation. You can rate your dining experience on a scale of 1 (very bad) to 5 (excellent) stars, or even leave a comment to share your experience further.
How can I change the language?
You can switch between languages in the Settings section on mobile apps and on our mobile website. On our desktop website you will be able to do this on the top right corner of the web page. Please keep in mind not all languages are supported, we do our best to support the most common languages in each of our cities.
How can I view restaurants in other cities & countries?
You can switch cities & countries at the very top of our mobile apps and websites, there is a drop-down menu with all the cities we support.
Where can I view/update my personal details?
You must first register or log in to your account with us before you can access your profile. 'My profile' is located in the menu on our mobile apps and mobile website and at the very top of our desktop website.
Why is my account suspended? Can it be reactivated?
If you received a notification informing you that your account was suspended or you tried to make a booking and you received an alert saying the same then your account has been suspended due to too many no-shows. Our goal is to protect our restaurants as no-shows cost them revenue. We also want to ensure that we maintain a wide selection of restaurants for our users. For these reasons we monitor user behaviour closely and must take action in some cases. If your account has been suspended and you believe it was done so in error or if you choose to dispute a suspension you should contact our customer support team at
