Located in the Mikiki San Po Kong, Ebisoba Ichigen offers a taste of unique ramen trends from Hokkaido in Causeway Bay. The restaurant is the first in the world to serve the signature Ebisoba, which is an incredibly rich noodle flavoured with shrimp essence, oil and shrimp soy sauce. Diners can choose from seasonings including miso, salt and soy sauce to create their own ramen options, along with other dishes including Rice Ball, Steamed Japanese Rice and BBQ Pork Rice. 剛剛見到有**50% Off**。雖然係特價，但實際上**份量完全冇因為減價而變少**，食落依然有水準：湯底好濃郁、味道夠穩定，麵同配料都冇變質感，整體感覺就係「減價但唔減料」，反而更覺得抵食。 另外本身我都擔心做緊特價會有啲尷尬或者服務會打折，但相反，情況同我想像完全相反。**冇出現覺得我只係因為平先嚟嘅眼光**；而且反而所有員工都好親切，態度自然，落單到送餐都做得好貼身，令成個用餐過程舒服又放鬆。 食完一輪之後，唯一感想係：**呢個50% Off唔係噱頭，而係真真正正好實在**。如果你都想試一幻，但又想慳返一筆，呢個時候去係非常值得嘅。
