Cons: ❌ Strict timing: Asked to wait 15 mins despite early arrival (uncommon for hotel buffets). ❌ Missing basics: No hot milk, beef bacon, or sourdough bread—odd for this tier. ❌ Layout issues: Table arrangement forced awkward weaving; staff trolleys disrupted dining. ❌ Weak coffee and questionable additions (ice cream station at breakfast?). Verdict: 3.5/5 – Hits the aesthetic mark (design and views) but falls short on execution and lack of consistent 5-star service from peers like Avani or Courtyard by Marriot.
