Booked weeks ago using the loyalty rewards voucher from eatigo and traveled all the way from Fairview, QC and arrived 15 minutes early only to find out that the reservation’s not honored on the day. No emails or message or call from the restaurant for changes in my reservation schedule. Staff said they have disabled the eatigo reservation already and I might have not been informed but weirdly enough, I was still able to edit my booking on the actual day. tbh, it’s quite disappointing especially that we were looking forward to try this place and I was raving ti my guests about this place. Anyway, I hope management is able to improve and be proactive in such scenarios if there is a next time.

Beef Salpicao is too salty. They don’t handle well in communicating with reservation in FB Messenger. It was agreed that I can go to restaurant and make orders. I sent orders several times in messenger and then I was there to pay using credit card I just learned they no longer have the stock for said orders. So disappointed.
