Thank you eatigo for the discount. We used to eat at Cabalen SM Sta. Mesa that's why I have high hopes for this Cabalen + coz I heard that it's the improved version of Cabalen. But we're very disappointed. The food we're always almost empty. They are too slow to refill foods. We almost waited for an hour for them to refill the fried fish dishes but until we finish eating, no refill yet. Very very disappointed. Cabalen at SM Sta Mesa is way way better.
