Normally we pay 10% service charges and 9% GST but crossroad change 20% service charge and 9% GST So the discount they is not that much. The counter service is bad give a feel like we come for free food !

not much variety of food and we save by booking at eatigo but we didnt know theres half lobster for cooking that charge for $39+ per half piece and not even any of the staff say its chargable its rediculous we are shocked on the bill and nothing special on it and not even fresh lobster. I requested for complementary cake but didnt serve any unlike other buffet on hotels when requested even they will even sing for you or some gifts.

Food is great. And the uncle who clearing our plates was nice. The receptionist is excellent. Just that i request for a Birthday cake and the cake never come. I put under remarks at eatigo apps and if i remember correctly i mention it to the receptionist as well.

The buffet line definitely needs improvement. By 7:30 PM, the chili crab had already run out, and only after alerting the staff did they begin cooking a few more pieces—leaving guests waiting. By 8:30 PM, items like the rojak were being cleared and not replenished at all. When I requested another cup of hot green tea, the staff showed no intention of preparing a fresh one. Instead, they simply insisted on adding hot water to the existing cup, which felt dismissive. This level of service is disappointing, especially considering that the hotel is part of the Marriott Group and located on Orchard Road—an establishment expected to meet 5-star standards. Additionally, I had noted in advance that we were celebrating a birthday, but no effort was made to acknowledge the occasion. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience. I sincerely hope improvements are made to better reflect the standards your brand represents.
