I ordered medium well, they gave me well done. It is the first time they made a mistake so kinain ko na lang kahit matigas. Though di ko naubos. But place is still HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Be clear na lang sa orders para hindi ma-misheard.

The paella is good, just know that it’s a big serving for 2 people and it can’t be taken out, otherwise you have to pay full price. Drinks are not discounted and very expensive. Discount is respected, the service charge is 10 % but it’s discounted with the price, so it’s ok. My advice just take the paella for 2 people that’s it. Oh and there’s a 45 mins waiting time because they cook it on demand.

Everything here was very nice. Ok, it wasn't the world's best brisket but it was still good. Indoor outdoor seating and polite, well trained service.

DON’T come here if you can’t finish your food! I came here with a discount voucher and I ordered food to dine in. I ate my food but had some leftover and wanted to take it away with me then the staff charged me full price which is poor customer service and borderline discrimination against people who can’t finish their food in the restaurant. Some people have a medical condition that prevents them from being able to eat all their food in one sitting and the restaurant and staff should have respected this. The nonchalant attitude by the staff and lack of empathy left a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t recommend coming here and if they don’t change their policy or train their staff about customer service 101, then this place will go out of business in 6-12months with a flood of bad reviews. Mark my words!!!

Food is goof. Staff seem attentive and courteous. They were charging full price and had to remind them again of Eatigo discount. Restaurant is very strict on Eatigo policy and I accept that. We came 4 though reservation was only for 3 so the 4th member wwe excluded her bill. BUT she's senior and she can use her Senior card. Here where they lost 1 star. Tiabuela won't honor it because they said it's ON TOP of the Eatigo discount. NO IT WASN'T. They only accepted 3 of us and the 4th paid separately how is that on top? We obviously insisted on the PH Government mandated discount for senior citizens and got it but the cashier looked so unhappy. She said it so by saying "ako mag aabono", like what the freak? Anyway, the food was good, our server Diana was very pleasant. NOT RECOMMENDING this restaurant if you're using Eatigo. Not worth the stress
