Not Recommended – Very Disappointing Experience I do not recommend Cafe France Meycauayan branch at all. When I showed the staff my Eatigo booking code, they completely ignored me. I even double-checked if my booking (50% off + ₱100 off) was valid, but they still pretended not to hear me. Totally dismissive. I asked for water three times, but no one bothered to serve any. Some ingredients in the food I ordered were missing, and they only informed me after the dishes were already served. In the end, they refused to honor both discounts. They told me I had to choose only one. Without my approval, they already printed a receipt applying just the 50% off. I told them I would contact Eatigo customer service because I wasn’t going to agree to that. The manager was agitated, rude, and even acted like he was the one inconvenienced. What made it worse was that another group dining at the same time (who looked well-dressed) was given proper attention. Clearly, they pick and choose who to serve well. After a long 45-minute discussion, they printed another receipt—this time with one dish at 50% off and another at ₱100 off—which is not how Eatigo works. I’ve used Eatigo many times at their Visayas Ave branch, and they know exactly how the discounts should be applied. I refused again because this was unacceptable. Finally, after the manager angrily called their head office and I still insisted on what was right, they reluctantly fixed the bill but with so much attitude. This branch badly needs proper training. They even lied, saying it was their “first time” to encounter an Eatigo booking—yet I clearly saw another customer who booked 30 minutes before us showing her Eatigo booking ID. No wonder this branch only has a 3.7 rating. I should have trusted the reviews before booking. Already reported this to Eatigo customer service, and they said they will follow up with the branch. Beware! Do NOT book at Cafe France Meycauayan.
