Three of my friends came at five but we didn’t enjoy the discount for our second round order. The staff didnt mention it and I read the restaurant policy which also didn’t mention any duration for the discount.

I go to DiVino reguarly because of its nice dining environment and services, but it has failed me this time. We waited for almost an hour for the main dishes, the rib-eye was bad and the spaghetti was not cooked well enough per our requirements. Quite disappointed this time!

Pasta was served hot, other than that it was all dreadful. Had to repeat the order many times and eventually either the wrong dish was served or dishes ordered were forgotten and not served. The lasagne was bland, with parts of the bottom layer of pasta being hard. The vongole and Veal pasta were a bit Salty but just about okay. The capaccio had no flavour at all and thus tasted only of the rocket served with it.

Disappointed On 23/2 11:45 am, made booking. At 12:20 pm, DiVino 2 servers said no record. No disct ( 10% ) was given, even I showed them Eatigo confirmation no. Not first time restaurants having no Eatigo record. But still provided disct when I gave them Eatigo confirmation no Eatigo must follow up with DiVino to avoid further mistake. Lunch there near my office. Service was very slow. Staff would not check on their customers if they have needs. Waited for so long for food and couldn’t wait for my dessert eventually as has been waited for too long. When i told the manager about that, he just simply said one word ‘sorry’ then nothing else. From their attitude, you could tell they didn’t care how customers feel. Would not go back and have told my friends and colleagues not to go.
