Mau, the one in the cashier limit my orders to 2 orders. She insisted it is for 2 pax and 2 orders only. Me and my husband arrived and ordered 2 ala carte food and wanted to order ala carte burgers but she refused to honor the order. She also rushed me while I’m still choosing what to order. When I was ordering the healthy meal and asked her if I can order it without drinks but she smirked and kept pointing me to other menu. The manager informed me I can still place an order and still honor my discount but I already lost my appetite. I just have the management will take action on this negative experience we had today. This was not the first time I used Eatigo and eat at Kenny Rogers SM Annex. I asked for survey form to 2 different people but no one handed me the form.

It was easy to redeem the voucher, and the staff were accommodating. It wasn't crowded, unlike at the main mall.

Super yummy food especially the Truffle mac and cheese pasta. Mabait din yung manager and server. Will definitely come back again!
