It was not a pleasant experience. I visited the store around 9:30 AM. When I arrived at the counter, the staff member was playing a game and didn’t notice me at all. When I finally tried to place an order, she told me that food wouldn’t be available until 11:00 AM. So I decided to order a croissant and a hot latte instead, but her attitude was extremely unprofessional and indifferent. I’ve visited this café a few times before, but I’ve never encountered service this disappointing. Since no one guided me to a seat, I hesitated for a moment and ended up sitting at a nearby table on my own. After a short wait, she brought the croissant first, followed by the coffee. However, even though I had clearly ordered a hot latte, she brought me an iced one. When I pointed it out, she did replace it, but her disinterested and careless attitude continued throughout the visit. I had also informed her upon arrival that I had made a reservation through Eatigo, but when it came time to pay, she didn’t apply the discount. I had to remind her again, and only then did she check, claiming she couldn’t find my reservation even though I definitely made one and had proof of it. She eventually said she would “kindly” apply the discount anyway, but when I checked the receipt, only $2 had been deducted—far less than the proper discount rate. When I asked about it, she just brushed it off and told me to take it up with Eatigo, showing no responsibility or concern. This was how my morning started—a very upsetting and frustrating experience at this store. I was hoping to enjoy a light meal after my workout, but instead, my morning was completely ruined. Thank you.

Been here twice. Good place for breakfast, fresh juice available and a good variety of food

I’d like to share a couple of suggestions that might enhance the dining experience further: 1. Offering hot Teh Tarik as a beverage option. 2. Including sesame sauce as a choice for vegetable salads. Thank you for considering these ideas, and I look forward to my next visit!
