With over 10 years of experience, he is so passionate about creating new dishes to please all seafood lovers. Hurry up! Come join us on every Friday – Saturday, dinnertime. Get ready to enjoy a variety of river prawn dishes alongside seafood delicacies and international cuisines. Our seafood highlights include succulent grilled river prawns, fresh oysters and seafood on ice including shrimps, river prawns, blue mussels, squid and spotted Babylon. Next, it’s our BBQ grill station that deserves the spotlight as we gather various kinds of BBQ meat for you to try with Mala hot sauce. Apart from seafood and barbecues, Chef Art has added the new excitement to the buffet with “Gyudon” or a Japanese beef bowl with Onsen tamago. In addition, those who are big fans of The SQUARE’s buffet will love to hear that we’ve brought back the much loved Lotus Miang Kham to the buffet as well. Last but not least, you can expect more delectable dishes throughout the meal such as green curry chicken paired with crispy roti, steamed sea bass with lime sauce and chicken teriyaki.
