Seasonal Tastes is a contemporary all day dining restaurant in Sukhumvit serving an enticing range of gourmet international cuisine in a visually dramatic setting. Cuisines are cooked "à la minute" where diners can expect authentic flavors and delicious dishes presented with flair and creativity. Live cooking stations include Mediterranean cuisine serving fresh pasta, pizza, and salads, and an Asian station offering local Thai cuisine and other regional wok cooked dishes and noodles. A carvery and hot buffet area offers traditional roasts and grills of premium quality meats while a dedicated Japanese section serves sushi, sashimi and a raw food buffet. The restaurant is located on the 7th floor of The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok, a 5-star hotel next to BTS Asok Skytrain (Exit No. 5) and MRT Sukhumvit underground station (Exit No. 3).

A first time experience where you choose your ingredients and they cooked it for you and the dishes were excellent! Thumbs up! For this price in a restaurant would worth thousands.

Their customer service was excellent, but their variety of food is lacking. They only had one station for the main course with mainly chicken dishes and hardly any pork and beef dishes. Granted it was lunch time, the price they charged did not match the foods that they served. Overall, just because they are Westin and charge high end prices for a lunch that is at best a three star hotel quality. I was expecting something better from Westin. I am also a member of the Marriott Bonvoy.

Our first buffet in Thailand and we enjoyed the buffet spread especially the ice cream which they prepared for you on the spot. Attentive and sincere service from the staff.

Good service and good food especially the seafood selections are acceptable for the price paid. The only complaint or very displeased with their outrageous 2 hour free flow alcohol drink package at thb$1499++ each. It ended up the drink caused more than the buffet price. I don't think other high quality 5 stars hotel the free flow package charges as much as the Westin. It even charges much more than its sister hotel Marriott. That's the sour part for otherwise would be a wonderful time.
