Platinum Cafe is up and running on the second floor of an orange-red building, a few meters away from Sukhumvit main road (Soi 48). The owner is a Japanese who has over 10 years of experience in European dessert making. Creativity and culinary skills are in his blood, and apart from making beautiful and delicious cakes and pastries, he is also willing to share his skills with interested persons. His signatures are berry charlotte, mont blanc cake, and strawberry shortcake.
