Service here is always very good in my experience. Normally it's not too crowded either, with a pleasant ambience. Food selection and quality is also good with some unusual options one can try.

I have visited the Orchid Cafe on numerous occasions over the years. I have always been impressed with the variety of foods and the excellent service from the staff. On a previous occasion, I was asked what is my favorite table. On my next visit, upon arriving for lunch, I was escorted to that table! The staff always greets me with a warm and sincere welcome. I have recommended the Orchid Cafe to many friends and colleagues. 👍

I have dined at the Sheraton on numerous occasions. On my recent visit, one of the waitresses asked, if I prefer a table next to the window. She mentioned that from now on, if available, once I RSVP, she would reserve one of the tables nearest the window. This is just another example of the outstanding level of service that I have received whenever I dine at the Sheraton. The variety and quality of the food is also outstanding. I highly recommend the Sheraton Orchid Cafe.

They had the beef prime rib today at the weekend lunch buffet and it was very good! I'd go just for that.

Great service, I went there purely for Alaskan King crab…satisfied myself. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of food. Oysters were great and they even had Ikura and caviar. Seafood spread was great.

This must have been my 20th visit to the Sheraton Orchid Cafe! I highly recommend the Sheraton for both the lunch and dinner buffets. The staff is always professional and courteous. The food variety and quality is always outstanding. I can’t wait for my next visit! 👍

I have dined at the Sheraton Orchid Cafe on numerous occasions, usually for their outstanding lunch buffet. I and a few friends, visiting from the United States, recently enjoyed their dinner buffet. We found the service and the staff, simply outstanding. The food was excellent as well. All my friends were amazed at the wonderful foods that were offered. An excellent dinner, served by an excellent staff. Thank you!
