With variety of seafood from “ Mahachai ” fresh market that famous Thailand resource of seafood nearby gulf of Thailand. We are the first of Thailand – take seafood fried with special sauce and cheese which the best menu is delicious and mellow taste. There are several seafood – prawn , river shrimp , scallop , NewZealand mussel , clams and squid. Those seafood are fresh , clean and chemical free. Culinary stir fried seafood with “special sauce.” which adapt from “Cajun” sauce from Louisiana State from America. This special “ Sauce “ we call “Yoktung Sauce” that adapt taste for Thai people.
