Located on the ground floor of Hotel Nikko Thong Lo, Hishou pays tribute to the genuine flavors from the land of the rising sun that are in perfect harmony with the seasons. Apart from the daily breakfast and a la carte dinner menu, on offer every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during lunch are a set menu with obanzai and a shabu buffet, while dinner options include a shabu buffet and tempura buffet (plus unlimited side dishes from the buffet counter). All meals are served in a modern Japanese setting complemented by gracious Omotenashi service.
