Inspired by his grandmother, Chef Nicola always wants to cook for others and now he has selected the best local dishes from his hometown to offer to customers at sensible prices. Tagliolini al granchio (fresh ink pasta with crabmeat, zucchini, and bell pepper), Agnese pizza (made from special dough and Sardinia-imported grey mullet), and cozze alla marinara (Australian mussels cooked in white wine with cherry tomato, garlic, and parsley) are among many of his specialties.
