“Fei ya means the flying duck.” The restaurant’s name signifies Fei ya Peking duck, a signature dish, and symbolically refers to prosperity as well. Fei ya, the Hong Kong style Chinese restaurant located on the 3rd floor of Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel. Since the hotel had opened, it’s been running for 8 years. It has a seating capacity of 120 and also has 2 private rooms, 12 persons per room. Modern Chinese interior design blends both Cantonese and Sichuan uniquely, decorated with red and gold hue. Above the tables are the gigantic gilded lanterns inspired by the Chinese peasant hat, or the Asian conical hat. Such mesmerizing lanterns perfectly blends the traditional ambience with modern sensibilities. Inside is also ornamented with the classical Chinese furniture, imported from China. The recommend dessert is Aloe vera lemongrass jelly with lime sauce. Both elder and younger guests are fascinated by this sweet-and-sour flavors. Lastly, we have buffet and a la carte dim sums. For buffet, customers can choose 1 noodle or rice dish, 1 soup and 1 dessert.
