EAK Hideya Ramen

Hideya (since 2011), the old reliable ramen slurp shop from Yokohama is now reborn under the new management, new name, and new location in Sukhumvit 11. Though everything is new, but the team still pays attention to every detail for a delicate broth loaded with deep flavor as before and carries on the old recipes of Japanese iekei (home-style) ramen which many people really love. Among many recommended bowls, you should try chuka soba with traditional Japanese light chicken broth and their secret sauce.
