BIRDS Rotisserie Sukhumvit Soi 23 (CRAFT)

As the name implies, Birds Rotisserie specializes in chicken recipes and they make them in the bona fide French style. Their farm-to-table menu created by chef Jeremy–a co-owner with experiences from a Michelin-star restaurant in France and a few big names in Thailand–and his crew, is uniquely simple yet full of flavors. The guys have selected only the free-range chicken from an organic farm in Khao Yai and soaked them in their marinade made from secret ingredients and herbs for 3 days for the best taste. Their signatures are for me and everybody (whole roasted chicken), birds caesar (chicken breast and boiled eggs), the birds burger, and quinoa tabbouleh. The restaurant is located in Soi Amon, Nang Linchi Road.
