Abbot is the brainchild of the previous Bed Supperclub owners and a new try to bring Californian lifestyle and cuisine to the international community of Bangkok. The restaurant has a light, nautical and natural feel with a good variety of international dishes blending American with southern European dishes. Popular culinary innovations are the Chorizo Mac & Cheese or the Jumbo Blue Crab Risotto. Other available prime dishes are Tasmanian Beef Sirloin and Wild Pacific Salmon. For a special treat you may chose the seasonal changing 3 course menu or you choose to order the Chef’s Tasting Menu – a true culinary highlight. Chef René will meet you at your table and prepare a 5 course special menu just for you with fresh products from the market and also your recommendations in mind. All dishes come with a special twist to reflect the free Californian spirit as well as the innovative healthy approach to create new flavor experiences.
