umisushi teishoku, a new dining concept introduced by umisushi, brings an elevated dining experience and a few exclusive Teishoku 定食 offerings. The Teishoku menu features a traditional style of Japanese dining that includes mains, rice, side dishes, and miso soup, all served together as a single course; beautifully presented and packed with well-balanced nutrition. Diners will be introduced to signature dishes such as Tonkatsu Teishoku Set, Katsu Omu Kare Raisu, Sake Hiyashi Soba and Gyu Nabe. Other popular spreads such as handcrafted Makimono, Temaki, Salmon Carpaccio and Kushiyaki are also available on the all-day menu.

There is only 1 staff but excellent service. Keep it up

Due to shortage of staff, food was pretty slow in coming. The online ordering system should also reflect the items which are sold out for the day, but it didn't. Overall, the experience was satisfactory.
