From the same folks from sake gastrobar Kabuke, Tokidon focuses on traditional Japanese recipes infused with contemporary flavours. Located along Raffles Quay at the Hong Leong Building, the restaurant takes great care to ensure that the beef is cooked at optimal temperatures to retain a juicy centre.
