By night, the old colonial bungalow transforms into a restaurant serving up Mediterranean cuisine tilted towards Tunisian flavours. Start by sampling a dish of Tunisian Briks: crispy golden brown pastry crumbles away to expose a delicious vegetable filling. Then tantalize your taste buds with another Tunisian delight, the Chakchouka - a dish of eggs poached in tomato puree, spices and chilli peppers.
