They come from the kitchen of the only Indian casual-fine dining restaurant run by a local Singaporean Indian family! The Curry Club Signature offers vegetarian and non-vegetarian items that are equally exciting, each borrowing the best flavours from generations-old family recipes. They are modernized by the hands of Chef Saumya Prakash, who lends his 17 years of culinary experience spanning across the globe from India to Dubai and the Maldives, to a menu that is equal parts playful, colourful and, of course, flavourful.
