Tamoya Udon

Established in 1994 by sanuki udon champion Tamotsu Kurokawa, Tamoya Udon offers authentic Japanese udon at Clarke Quay’s Liang Court – the restaurant’s first international outlet. Their signatures here are the beef udon, pork udon and the triple egg udon, which has mentai, onsen and tobiko eggs. All of them are sanuki udon, which are handcrafted from their proprietary flour and served with their renowned “golden dashi” broth.
