There are excellent hotpot restaurants. Then there’s Spice World Hot Pot. Originating from Sichuan, this Clarke Quay restaurant offers over 80 dishes with their variety of soup bases. While the concept of hotpot is familiar to Singaporeans, what makes them stand out are their unique dish presentations. The ‘one-metre mutton slices’ are presented a 1m-long platter with generous servings of fresh mutton. The ‘premium Barbie wagyu beef slices’ is literally presented on a Barbie doll, with the beef slices made to look part of her dress.
