Rehash Gastrobar aims to be more than just a dining destination; it's a nostalgic journey back to the '80s and '90s. The concept was inspired by the experiences and atmosphere that many of us enjoyed during our university days, an experience that has somewhat faded with time. We wanted to capture that essence and provide a physical space where it could be relived and celebrated.
Our design ethos combines the aged, vintage feel of the past with distinct retro elements. The interior features carefully curated retro posters and a signature 'Chalkboard Wall of Memories,' where guests are encouraged to pen down their thoughts or doodles, adding a layer of community interaction to the experience.
The menu is an mix of fusion foods, showcasing the best from multiple countries and cultures. The goal is not just to offer extraordinary dishes but to provide a setting where people can create new, happy memories with their friends and loved ones. It's about merging the past and present into a cohesive dining experience that resonates on multiple levels.
