Pink Fish is a food and beverage (F&B) concept conceived by three friends and partners; and we aim to be the world’s first fast casual seafood chain using Norwegian premium salmon with recipes created by world champion chef and winner of the Bocuse d’Or 2009, Geir Skeie (who is one of the founders).
