Owner marinated the meats in small batches based on orders. Though marinated in a short time, the meats were flavourfully seasoned. Ordered the Signature Spiced Chicken & Signature Pork Belly, Garlic Chicken and Sesame Pork Collar with Enoki and Napa. The clear broth needs the meat juices to be flavoured. The homemade red chilli and green chilli sauces are good. Very dense and adds a punch to the grilled meat. Will go again soon. Owner is OMO. So may take a little longer to handle orders.

Good selections of meat , vegetables . However the Thai chili sauce is abit of disappointment. Both type of chili does not taste like Thai style mookata offerings at all . But for the price offered , it was still a good deal .
