Eat @ Seven situated on the 3rd floor of Suntec City is the hot new Japanese restaurant concept which takes 7 uniquely Japan dining styles and housing them all in 1 location. One of the seven line up of Japanese restaurant here is Nigiro Café. Conceptualised by Chef Kensuke Sakai who is also the youngest challenger to compete on Iron Chef at the age of 26, the menu here specialises in Japanese-Italian cuisine. For those who have yet to catch wind of the food here, it might be good to know that their specialty Caesar Salad is touted as Tokyo’s best caesar salad. The salad is served with fresh crunchy greens accompanied with perfectly grilled prawns and a poached egg that oozes beautifully when broken into.
