Quality of food is good; always better at the bar downstairs as then the sushi is served piece by piece as it should be. Unfortunately, when you have a group of 4 to 6, you have to sit upstairs. Then the food is served in platters. Still good but not as good.

Really love the ambiance at this restaurant. Food was mostly very delicious. One of the nicest Japanese restaurants we had visited. Enjoyed our dinner thoroughly.

Portion is very small - see it as the 50% off price being the usual price rather than as getting 50% off
Quality is extremely good. First time at an a la carte place getting negitoro made at that moment from fresh fish rather than from a packet.
Sat at the bar counter which was nice - dunno how the other seats are

Food was excellent but it was a very long wait and we did not like the upstairs seating arrangement (where we were sat in a cubicle so the atmosphere felt a little odd).
