Ramen donburi shop by day, Kuro Izakaya transforms into its namesake at night, serving robatayaki-style light bites and kushiyaki (skewered meat) to diners. Coupled with the charcoal-grilled wagyu and seafood, there are more than 70 dishes offered, with prices that start from $3. As with any good izakaya, there is a wide selection of sake, shochu and whisky from Scotland and Japan.
