Kotobuki Restaurant @ Holland Village

There are many Japanese restaurants in Singapore to be found, but Kotobuki sets themselves apart with their specialty Kanto cuisine. Serving dishes like ika maruyaki (grilled cuttlefish), gintara teriyaki (grilled silver cod fish) and Hamachi kama yaki (grilled yellowtail collar), the kitchen here is led by master chef Murata Tomoya, who has over 20 years of experience in traditional Japanese delicacies.
