Jianghu Hotpot @ Orchard Gateway

The service crews were providing high quality service and the food was toothsome. However, the staff who checked us in and out was antagonistic.

very friendly staffs over there.. the food not bad love their ready food item/snacks. the soup will recommend the mushroom type.. the meat and seafood option not a lot.

Return customer, great as always. But can be really smoky.

Restaurant wasn’t crowded as we were early. Easy to use the Eatigo discount. Staff at restaurant were helpful & there’s definitely enough selection of food without paying for extra items. Overall very pleasant experience other than a slice glitch. We had some slivers of meat left ( 100-200gms at most) at the end of the meal & was told to eat all up otherwise they will charge us for wastage. So we turned on the hotpot again & ate them up. Only 1-2 slices a person.

I love it, the concept and free flow of ice cream and plain water. will visit again soon. Nice environment too.

Nice place to eat and the staff even all very young but service is good too!! Food serve very fast and the best dish i like is the garlic prawn and BBQ it! Very tasty!!

Aside from the flies problem that they need to solve, the food is great.

There were houseflies in the restaurant and constantly flying to every table/food. Otherwise all else is good.

We had a very nice lunch here. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was marvelous. Our waitress, Zhao Ye was most helpful and patient. I will definitely return.
