Down Ayer Rajah Crescent within one-north is what this humble eatery calls themselves the Japanese Food Alley. This concept of integrating several specialties all into one shop was conceived by Taki Tsutsui, who believes that great Japanese food need not be expensive. Top dishes to look out for are the spicy chicken namban with tartar sauce, tonkotsu ramen with cha shu, and chargrilled pork shoulder with honey mustard.
