Mdm Park first revisited guksu, a long forgotten Korean specialty noodles, following the Second World War. The restaurant at Suntec today is a tribute to Mdm Park’s efforts in popularising the dish again. Singapore’s first homemade Korean noodle house, Guksu serves mainly noodle dishes, including hae shin tang and yuk gae jang meon. Headed by chef Kang Heunseong, every dish here is made fresh daily with zero preservatives.
