After 20 years in the game, Esmirada @ Orchard has rightfully become one of the most loved Mediterranean restaurants locally. Chef owner, Wolfgang Lapper has since passed the baton to Spanish chef Roberto Hernandez. The latter’s tutelage under Michelin-starred chef, Paco Roncero, has allowed him to introduce even more zest in this, already, well-oiled machine. The crowd pleasers here are the crispy, yet tender, Suckling Pig, and the Charcoal Grilled Meat Skewers.
