Founded by Lebanese Master Chef Mohamad Salim, Byblos Grill is an authentic Lebanese restaurant located in Bussorah Street. Ingredients such as Olive Oil, Pomegranate Sauce, and Sumac used in the dishes are imported directly from Lebanon. Even the wooden oven used to bake fresh bread daily has been brought from Lebanon.
